Who we are

Information we collect
When you fill out our sign-up form, call us or text us, we collect what you choose to share, such as:
- Your name, company name, phone number and email address
- Your MC or USDOT number, truck type, number of trucks, home base and preferred lanes
- Your message and whether you agreed to receive calls and text messages
- Documents you send to start dispatch, such as your operating authority, W-9, certificate of insurance, notice of assignment or voided check
Our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure this website. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your sign-up and answer your questions
- To provide dispatch services, including setting you up with brokers and booking loads you approve
- To prepare and send invoices for your loads
- To meet legal, tax and recordkeeping requirements
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, we'll text you about your sign-up, loads and account. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts isn't a condition of working with us.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
When we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With brokers, shippers and your factoring company, as needed to book and get paid for loads you approve
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host and form processor, who may use it only to provide their services to us
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we work together and for as long as we need it for invoicing, taxes, recordkeeping and resolving disputes. If you sign up but don't start dispatch with us, you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
How we protect it
We limit access to people who need it to serve you and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by calling (302) 532-0356. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
Children
This website and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
